Magnetic lines of force try to contract, and simultaneously don't intersect with other lines. Magnetic lines of force are always closed loops. Inside a magnet tiny diploes are alligned to give longer field lines . at sides, their orientation is similar but aren't as coulped with other dipoles as center ones. |
