Question:

The Pie chart depicts the allocation of the revenue towards the expenses of a particular company. If the company's sales are ₹4000000 and 75% of the revenue is allocated towards expenses, then what is the total amount spent on Wages and Delivery?

Options:

₹7,00,000

₹14,00,000

₹8,75,000

₹10,50,000

Correct Answer:

₹10,50,000

Explanation:

⇒ Total sale of company = 4000000

⇒ Revenue for expenses = 4000000 × \(\frac{75 }{100}\)

= 3000000

⇒ Expenditure on Wages and delivery = 3000000 × \(\frac{23 + 12 }{100}\)

= 3000000 × \(\frac{35 }{100}\)

= 1050000
