 (4, 5)    Z(4, 5) = 2(4) + 3(5) = 23 
 (0, 3)    Z(0, 3) = 0 + 3(3) = 9 

Zmin = 4

Zmax = 23

So Zmax - Zmin = 23 - 4 = 19
