A mixture of 300 grams contains 60% sugar and rest is water. What quantity of water should be added in the mixture, so that in mixture quantity of sugar became 50%?

             Milk     :       Water           Total

Initial :     3       :         2          :      5

New   :     1       :         1                          .............(i)

*Note: only water is added therefore, milk should be same.*

             Milk     :       Water           Total

Initial :     3       :         2          :      5  →→ 300 (given) ⇒ 1R = 60
