Explanation:

If tanA = cot B    , Then A + B = 90º

As , $\tan \left(4 \alpha-50^{\circ}\right)=\cot \left(50^{\circ}-\alpha\right)$

So , 4α - 50º  + 50º  - α  = 90º

3α = 90º

α = 30º
