Only Assertion (A) is correct

Both Assertion (A) and Reason (R) are not correct.

Correct Answer:

Both Assertion (A) and Reason (R) are not correct.

Explanation:

The correct answer is option 4- Assertion and reason both are incorrect.

Assertion is incorrect because subscribed and fullpaid up capital will be shown in the notes to account not balance sheet. In balance sheet last final amount will be shown.

Reason is also incorrect because subscribed and fullpaid capital will be shown under the head 'subscribed and fullpaid capital' not under the head 'subscribed and not fullpaid up capital'.
