Question:

If $A = \frac{(0.1)^3+(0.2)^3+(0.3)^3+3(0.005+0.016+0.027)+0.036}{(0.1)^2+(0.2)^2+(0.3)^2+0.04+0.06+0.12}$, then the value of 60A is :

Options:

20

60

36

30

Correct Answer:

36

Explanation:

$A = \frac{(0.1)^3+(0.2)^3+(0.3)^3+3(0.005+0.016+0.027)+0.036}{(0.1)^2+(0.2)^2+(0.3)^2+0.04+0.06+0.12}$

Then the value of 60A is ?

Multiply by 1000 in numerator and denominator we get,

=A = \(\frac{[1 + 8 + 27 + 3 (5 + 16 + 27) + 36]}{[10 + 40 + 90 + 40 + 60 + 120]}\)

=A = \(\frac{216}{360}\)

Now, put the value of A in 60A,

60A = (\(\frac{216}{360}\)) × 60

60A = 36
