There are two numbers such that the first number is 5 times of the second number. If the difference between the first and the second numbers is 120, then what is the average of these two numbers?

Then First number = 5A

ATQ ,

5A - A = 120

4A = 120

A = 30

Sum of these two numbers = 6A = 6 × 30 = 180 kg

Average = \(\frac{180}{2}\)  = 90 kg
