Question:

A gardener has 44 Apple trees, 66 Banana trees and 110 Mango trees.  He wants to plant them in rows such a way that each row will contain only one type of plant and also has equal number of plants.  Find the number of minimum rows?

Options:

12

10

17

15

Correct Answer:

10

Explanation:

44, 66, 110 → HCF = 22

= \(\frac{44}{22}\) = 2

= \(\frac{66}{22}\) = 3

= \(\frac{110}{22}\) = 5

∴ 2 + 3 + 5 = 10 (minimum rows)
