1+2= 03  (BOF) 

1+2= 03  (COG)

And, the other triangles are;

FDB, GEC, ABC, BOC, GBC, FCB, ABQ, ACP, BQC, CPB

Therefore, there are 03+03+10= 16 triangles in the above figure.
