An electron enters a region where magnetic (B) and electric (E) fields are mutually perpendicular, then

it will always move in the direction of B              it will always move in the direction of E it always possesses circular motion  it can go undeflected also

When the deflection produced by electric field is equal to the deflection produced by magnetic field, then the electron can go undeflected.
