Explanation:

20% = \(\frac{1}{5}\) and 25% = \(\frac{1}{4}\)

ATQ, 

@20%⇑         5       :       6

@25%⇓         4       :       3

@25%⇑         4       :       5

Total effect   80      :      90

                   8       :       9  ⇒   Net increase by = 1

Increase percentage:  \(\frac{1}{8}\) × 100 = 12 \(\frac{1}{2}\)
