\(\frac{259}{108}\)

Explanation:

A = \(\frac{LCM\;(3, 9)}{HCF\;(4, 16)}\)                 B = \(\frac{HCF\;(16, 4)}{LCM\;(9, 27)}\)

A = \(\frac{9}{4}\)                                     B = \(\frac{4}{27}\)

A + B = \(\frac{9}{4}\) + \(\frac{4}{27}\)

         =  \(\frac{27 × 9 + 16}{27 × 4}\) = \(\frac{259}{108}\)
