What is the full form of "UJALA" scheme launched by the government?

"UJALA i.e. Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LEDs for All" scheme launched by the government aimed at replacing incandescent bulbs with LEDs.  It promoted energy saving in the country as the LED bulb uses one-tenth energy as an incandescent bulb and half as much as a CFL to produce the same amount of light.
