Explanation:

According to question ,

(36% - 32% ) of total marks  =( 6 + 2 ) marks 

4%  of total marks = 8

1%  of total marks = 2

Passing marks = 32%  of total marks + 6

= 32 × 2 + 6 = 70

So , passing marks are 70.
