Here, in this case, some point is to be noted: 1. Length of the rectangle will becomes circumference of the base of the cylinder. 2. Breadth of the rectangle will becomes height of the cylinder. 3. Area of the rectangle will becomes curved surface area of the cylinder. ************************************************* Now, According to question: Length of rectangle = 22 cm. = circumference of base circle of cylinder. ⇒ 2πr = 22 cm. ⇒ 2×\(\frac{22}{7}\)r = 22 cm. ⇒ r = \(\frac{7}{2}\) cm. |
