Explanation:

$ Impedance,  Z = \sqrt{R^2 + (X_C - X_L)^2}$

$ R = 200\Omega , X_C = \frac{1}{2\pi fC} = 7.25\Omega , X_L = 2\pi fL = 94.25\Omega $

$ X_L -X_C = 87\Omega$

$ Z = \sqrt{200^2 + 87^2} = 218 \Omega$
