Explanation:

Let the population in starting = P

ATQ,

⇒ P × \(\frac{150}{100}\) × \(\frac{150}{100}\) × \(\frac{150}{100}\) = 13500 (After 3 year)

⇒ P × \(\frac{3}{2}\) × \(\frac{3}{2}\) × \(\frac{3}{2}\) =  13500

⇒ P =  13500 × \(\frac{2}{3}\) × \(\frac{2}{3}\) × \(\frac{2}{3}\) 

⇒ P = 4000
