So, effective discount for scheme II is = \(\frac{(Article \; get \; free)}{(Total \; articles)}\) × 100 = \(\frac{(3)}{(5 + 3)}\)  × 100 = 37.5%

Scheme III. Buy 4 get 6

So, effective discount for scheme III is =\(\frac{(Article \; get \; free)}{(Total \; articles)}\) × 100 = \(\frac{(6)}{(10)}\)  × 100 = 60%

So, answer is Scheme III.
