Explanation:

Here diode is forward biased with voltage = 2 – 0 = 2V.

$V_B = V_{knee} + IR$

2 = 0.7 + I × 200

(∴ Total resistance = 180 + 20 = 200 Ω)

$∴I=\frac{1.3}{200}=6.5mA$
