Given,

The speed of the train = 80km/h = 80 × \(\frac{5}{18}\) = \(\frac{200}{9}\) m/sec

We know that,

Speed = \(\frac{Distance}{Time}\) 

\(\frac{200}{9}\) = \(\frac{x + 350}{36}\)

800 = x + 350

x = 800 - 350 = 450 meters
