Explanation:

We have,

$|\vec a+\vec b|=1$

$⇒|\vec a|^2+|\vec b|^2+2(\vec a.\vec b)=1$

$⇒1+1+2(\vec a.\vec b)=1⇒\vec a.\vec b=-\frac{1}{2}$

Now,

$⇒|2\vec a-3\vec b|^2=4|\vec a|^2+9|\vec b|^2-12(\vec a.\vec b)$

$⇒|2\vec a-3\vec b|^2=4+9+6=19$

$⇒|2\vec a-3\vec b|=\sqrt{19}$
