Correct Answer:

Explanation:

The answer to this question is QPSR.

FEW TIPS WHILE SOLVING JUMBLED SENTENCES:

  1. Identify the opening sentence that introduces a person, place, thing, etc. For example, there are 2 sentences i.e. Ram woke up early in the morning. And the next sentence is he went to the park. Now, it is very easy to say that 1st line will come prior to the 2nd one as it introduces a person. So, if in a question there are 2 sentences as said above, we are sure that the sentence in which a person, place, or thing is introduced will come first.
  2. All the sentences starting with a conjunction will never come at the start as conjunctions are used to connect two sentences. Conjunctions include: and, but, or, so any introductory sentence will not start with these.
  3. Articles often play an important role in determining the position of a sentence i.e. "a" and "an" are used for something which is being introduced for the first time whereas, "the" is used for specific things which have already been introduced. For example, Mr. Lekhpal, who is a doctor played with his younger daughter all day long. The doctor came to the town on Wednesday. Now, if the above sentences were jumbled, it would be easy for us to understand which will come in the front only by noticing the articles. As we know if we are using "The" that means the subject has already been introduced.
  4. Prononous are used in place of nouns. So, look for the sentence which has a noun in it and then further connect the other sentences which have pronouns being used for it. For example, Sheetal is in class 12. Her mother took away the biscuits the next day. Now, we know "her" is being used for some girl. That means we need to first look for the sentence which has a name of a girl.

These are a few things that, if kept in mind during the exam after practicing questions, will help in answering the question with little smoothness.
