Practicing Success
A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Judge of High Court unless, he is citizen of India and: |
Has for at least ten years held a judicial office in India or has for at least ten years been an advocate in a High Court or of two or more such Courts in succession
Has been distinguished jurist
Both 1 and 2 Has for at least ten years held a judicial office in India. |
Has for at least ten years held a judicial office in India or has for at least ten years been an advocate in a High Court or of two or more such Courts in succession |
The qualifications of a High Court judge includes: Citizenship of India, and Has for at least ten years held a judicial office in India; or Has for at least ten years been an advocate in a High Court or of two or more such Courts in succession |
