Let speed of Babita = 2S , So , Speed of Geeta = 5S Let distance travled by Geeta = x m So , Distance travled by Babita = x - 40 According to question , Speed is directly proportional to Distance \(\frac{2S}{5S}\) = \(\frac{x - 40}{x}\) 2x = 5x - 200 3x = 200 x = \(\frac{200}{3}\) = 66.67m So , the distance from the starting point where both of them will meet is 66.67 m . |
