B. Working population in different economic activities comes under age structure of population — Incorrect. How the working population is spread over agriculture, manufacturing, services and other occupations is the occupational structure, not the age structure.
C. Population above 60 years represents an ageing population — Correct. A greater share of people above 60 years means an ageing population, which needs more expenditure on health care facilities.
