Eccentricity, e $=\frac{r_{\max }-r_{\min }}{r_{\text {max }}+r_{\min }}$ = 0.0167

Therefore, $\frac{r_{\max }}{r_{\min }}=\frac{1+\mathrm{e}}{1-\mathrm{e}}=\frac{1-.0167}{1+0.0167}$

$\mathrm{r}_{\max } \times \mathrm{V}_{\min }=\mathrm{r}_{\min } \times \mathrm{V}_{\max }$

∴ $\frac{\mathrm{V}_{\max }}{\mathrm{V}_{\min }}=\frac{\mathrm{r}_{\max }}{\mathrm{r}_{\min }}=\frac{1+0.0167}{1-0.0167}$ = 1.033
