In a common emitter amplifier, the resistance of the output circuit is 500 times the resistance of the input circuit. If $α$ = 0.98 , then find the voltage gain and the power gain: |
23500, 1300500 24500, 1200500 22505, 1300500 23500, 1200500 |
24500, 1200500 |
Given $α = 0.98$ and $\frac{R_{out}}{R_{in}}=500$ $β=\frac{α}{1-α}=\frac{0.98}{1-0.98}=49$ Voltage gain = $(β)(\frac{R_{out}}{R_{in}})=(49)(500)=24500$ Power gain = $(β^2)(\frac{R_{out}}{R_{in}})=(49)^2(500)=1200500$ |
