In vacuum, the source of light is travelling with velocity 0.01c w.r.t. the observer. How will the speed of light be affected ?

It will be unaffected.

According to Einstein's theory of relativity , Speed of light in vacuum is a universal constant i.e. c, irrespective of the relative motion between the source and the observer it will remain same.
