Question:

If x + y + z = 0, then find the value of $\frac{x^2}{x^2-yz}+\frac{y^2}{y^2-zx}+\frac{z^2}{z^2-xy}.$

Options:

2

1

3

0

Correct Answer:

2

Explanation:

If x + y + z = 0,

Then find the value of $\frac{x^2}{x^2-yz}+\frac{y^2}{y^2-zx}+\frac{z^2}{z^2-xy}$

Put x = 1, y = -1 and z = 0 These values will satisfy the equation.

$\frac{1^2}{1^2-0}+\frac{-1^2}{-1^2-0}+\frac{0^2}{0^2-1}$

= 1 + 1 + 0

= 2
